DVD Winners And Second Chances

All the winners of the 2-disc DVD set of the World Series Film have been notified.  There were some very, very good entries and it was tough to make the final decision.  Which is why I printed them off and let my wife choose--saved me some stress and kept things impartial!

But, before you walk off kicking the dirt and muttering to yourself, there are still a couple of chances for you to be a winner.

First off, my friends Dathan and Kevin are having trouble getting enough entries in their contest for the set.  You can enter Dathan's over here and Kevin's over here and, right now at least, your odds are pretty good.  Just tell them I sent you!

Here's your other chance, and this is open to people that didn't enter the first contest as well.  I will be giving away a few sets of the complete World Series DVD collection.  This eight-disc set has the full broadcast from every game, plus one bonus disc of interviews, celebrations, and other related events.  You can read more from the press release I published a couple of weeks ago.

If you entered the first contest (and don't win at one of the other sites that are still giving them away), your entry is automatically entered into this second contest.  Right now that's about six of you, I believe.

If you didn't enter the first contest, the same rules apply here.  Send me what you will most remember from this past season.  Can be a personal memory, like a night out with friends at the park, or some bigger memory, like what you were doing during Game 6.  However you want to go about it, just email me (you'll find my email on the About Me tab above) with the subject line World Series DVD Giveaway.

After I get my copy, I'll be sure to post a review so you can find out all about it.  Let's put the deadline for this one at December 8, shall we?  Maybe you can have that under your tree if we do it that early.
