CARDINALS ANNOUNCE SPRING TRAINING RADIO AND TELEVISON BROADCAST SCHEDULE
FOX Sports Midwest to televise all-time high 10 spring training games; 18 games broadcast on Cardinals Radio Network

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (February 6, 2013) - The St. Louis Cardinals announced today that fans will be able to catch more than half of the club's 2013 spring training games throughout coverage on FOX Sports Midwest, the Cardinals Radio Network and ESPN. BR FOX Sports Midwest will televise an all-time high 10 St. Louis Cardinals spring training games in 2013, twice as many as in previous seasons.

ESPN will televise two Cardinals exhibitions as part of its MLB spring training lineup - Monday, March 11 in Tampa at the New York Yankees, and Tuesday, March 26 at Port St. Lucie vs. the New York Mets - bringing the current total of scheduled spring training telecasts to 12.BR As in years past, veteran broadcasters Mike Shannon and John Rooney will broadcast 18 games on the team's flagship station KMOX (AM 1120) and the Cardinals Radio Network.

The first of 18 radio broadcasts will begin Saturday, February 23, as the Cardinals face the Miami Marlins. Throughout Spring Training, every Saturday and Sunday broadcast will feature the Cardinals Pre-Game Show.
