St. Louis Cardinals
During the UCB weekend, I was able to talk to Ron Watermon, director of public relations for the Cardinals. He asked if we were on his distribution list and, when I indicated we were not, made a point to add us to it. The first of those releases just came through.
The Cardinals are announcing their plans to raise money for the survivors of the devastating earthquake and tsunami that rocked Japan a month ago. While it is a great thing to do anyway, St. Louis of course has a bit of a connection to Japan, having had fan-favorite outfielder So Taguchi on the roster for a number of years.
Sounds like a wonderful way to raise money and I hope it is extremely successful. If you feel so inclined, all the info you need to participate is below.
